Flexible Work Hours
If you don’t have meetings, no one is keeping score on whether you sign-on at 8 am or 10:30 am. Or if you sign off at 3pm or 7pm. There’s an expectation that you will do whatever it takes to get your work done, but there is no expectation of fixed work hours. This isn’t a factory line.
The Interview Process

Responsibilities
- Assists and supports the executive in preparing for meetings, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents, as necessary
- Works closely and effectively with the executive to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Coordinate sponsored trade shows – email/call show managers, research potential new shows, deliveries, book hotel/flights, expense reports, post show ROI report
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Plan, coordinate, organize and help at various company meetings, events, and celebrations
- Minor updates to marketing collateral
- Audit monthly sales commission reports
- Run monthly and quarterly reports
Must have skills
- Google Suite – Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Sites, Hangouts
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM functionality
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Good to have, but will train on the job
Preferably an undergrad degree in Business, Marketing or Communications .
