Where we started
Client's Problem Overview
Dr. Massey & Martin, LLC who provide consulting services to many Physician Assistant Programs affiliated with many Universities, had difficult challenges juggling these programs.
- Onboarding new clients requires a lot of paperwork and onboarding which was time consuming and resulted in a backlog of tasks that needed to be done for each new client.
- Feeling burnt out, overwhelmed and exhausted was common feelings that Dr Massey experienced with more tasks to be completed than what he had time for.
