- Founded in 2020, we're a young, and diverse team that spans 5 continents.
- We were also founded to be 100% remote, and have no plans to require team members to return to a boring, stuffy, office, ever - hence the name Remote+Virtual = Remotual.

The Interview Process
At Remotual, we value transparency. That means we believe you should know what you’re in for when you apply. The process looks like this:

- If you are a good fit, we will respond with a calendar link to set up our first interview. We will do our best to respond to all applications.
- There will be between 2-4 interviews, with durations as follows.
There will be a reference check conducted at the final stage. If this is not ok with you, please do not apply. We will do our best to be as expedient with the interview process as possible, to get you an answer in the shortest amount of time.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs
- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing
- Learning about the target audience for a copy
- Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of copywriting and content creation experience
- Experience writing Sales Landing pages, White Papers, Case Studies, Blogs/Articles, etc
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent portfolio of work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Available to work CST hours
Good to have, but will train on the job
Preferably an undergrad degree in Business, Marketing or Communications .
