Who We Are Looking For:
Our ecommerce platform requires a Technical Marketing Manager capable of navigating the complexities of AdWords at this scale. We seek someone with a strong analytical mindset over pure creativity, capable of diving deep into data and effectively guiding analytical efforts. This role demands technical proficiency, evident in understanding analytics, generating insightful reports, and prior experience in Google Advertising for ecommerce. Proficiency in managing remote teams and outsourcing is crucial. The ideal candidate combines technical prowess with leadership skills to optimize advertising strategies and yield impactful outcomes.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in analytics with a proven track record of creating insightful reports.
- Extensive experience in Google Advertising within an eCommerce environment.
- Product website or eCommerce website experience.
- Thorough understanding and practical application of Google products like Tag Manager, BigQuery, or related tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts relevant to eCommerce platforms.
- Previous experience in managing remote teams and outsourcing.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of marketing tools.

- Optimize Organic Performance
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth in organic performance.
- Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Utilize market insights to refine and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
Position Objectives:
- Achieve yearly revenue growth targets with a $14MM increase YoY.
- Increase Revenue generated by Organic results by $5.36MM YoY at 10 ROAS.
- Increase Revenue generated by CPC advertising by $8.05MM YoY at 10 ROAS.
- Elevate Conversion Rate from 1.45% to 2% with a traffic increase from 8,000 to 10,000 sessions.
- Boost repeat purchases through direct traffic from 11% to 16%, aiming for an $864k increase YoY.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of driving eCommerce growth.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Google AdWords accounts.
- Proficiency in Google products such as Tag Manager, BigQuery, etc.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts for eCommerce platforms.
