Job Brief
- We are looking for a remote Full Stack Technologist with experience supporting Growth Marketing and Sales Enablement to join our growing team!
- The Full Stack Technologist must have the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiators and apply the right solutions to support the growing needs of the company with hands-on technical work that showcases and provides demonstrable proof points for the growth and business functions
- The primary internal customers for the candidate’s work will be Solutions Engineering and Growth Marketing
Responsibilities
- Define common, repeatable use-cases and technical use cases to automate growth function with proof of concepts
- Workaround with APIs and technical integration to build a top-notch marketing tech stack (Segment, Mixpanel, Hubspot, phantombuster Email marketing, and marketing automation)
- Implement best-in-class website architecture on mobile and web to continuously optimize the site performance with periodic checks
- Work around with landing pages, personalization, and integrating right tracking mechanisms for growth campaigns
- Setup DKIM and SPF for email deliverability and the notion of the email marketing stack for outbound experiments (Linkedin email)
- Automated reporting dashboards using Supermetrics, Google data studio, Tableau, Google sheets, etc
- Ideate, design, build and maintain website architecture with best in the class web stack
- Build playbooks to streamline growth functions with the necessary toolchain
- Implement RISE scoring and prioritization framework for all technical marketing tasks
- Build a stage and production environment for seamless website architecture
- Act as an expert resource to assist the growth team for both inbound and outbound marketing stack
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support sales, enablement, and growth marketing efforts as required
- Work on hands-on technical aspects of the marketing stack
Qualifications

Extensive experience with front-end technologies like Html5, CSS, and bootstrap

Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency. Must be resourceful, proactive, and aggressive

A clear understanding of APIs and technical aspects of (SOAP and Rest APIs) to automate mundane marketing tasks (ex: Link)

Experience in scraping websites (Jobsites and Linkedin profiles) using scraping technologies like scrapingbee

Natural leader and team player with high EQ that works well in collaborative situations and start-up environments. Able to collaborate effectively with internal expert resources

Experience in building high-quality fluid landing pages for google search and display campaigns on elementor, WordPress, and other landing page tools like instpage

Exceptional knowledge of Javascript

Knowledge of python and other scraping tools like Phantombuster

Experience with GA universal, GA-4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixels

Keen understanding of headless CMS

Experience in writing SQL queries for data modeling using mongo db or any similar tools

Experience in working with APIs to import data, integrate and automate tasks across tools like Ahrefs, Semrush

Experience in building custom APIs for marketing needs

Experience in developing apps and plugins for chrome webstore

Prior experience in saas growth team will be a huge plus
