Flexible Work Hours
If you don’t have meetings, no one is keeping score on whether you sign-on at 8 am or 10:30 am. Or if you sign off at 3pm or 7pm. There’s an expectation that you will do whatever it takes to get your work done, but there is no expectation of fixed work hours. This isn’t a factory line.

Job Brief
- We’re seeking a versatile and dynamic Graphic Designer with a broad skill set, capable of adapting to various creative tasks and projects.
- If you're a jack of all trades in the design world, passionate about exploring new techniques, and eager to leverage AI to elevate your work, we want you on our team.
- A solid understanding of HTML and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers is crucial.
- You should be capable of building comprehensive Design Guides that cover everything from branding to development specifications.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats, from traditional design to AI-driven content creation.
Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of materials, from digital assets (social media graphics, ads, email templates) to print-ready content (brochures, business cards, banners).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creative needs across branding, web design, marketing, and presentations.
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and push the boundaries of design.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging AI technologies to continuously improve design processes.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative visuals that align with brand identity while driving engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
- Offer creative input in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic discussions around the brand’s visual identity.
Must have skills
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E).
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different design styles and project requirements.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across digital, print, and AI-driven projects.
- An innovative mindset, open to exploring new tools and techniques, especially in the realm of AI and automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and improve designs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot when needed.
- Versatility and HTML Knowledge (plus)
- In addition to traditional graphic design, do you have experience working with HTML or collaborating with developers? Please describe any projects where you’ve demonstrated this versatility.
Good to have, but will train on the job
Preferably an undergrad degree in Business, Marketing or Communications .
