Flexible Work Hours

Job Brief
- We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team
- As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Your primary focus will be on driving online customer acquisition and optimizing user experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints
- You should possess expertise in setting up marketing automation, have experience with marketing SaaS and services, and demonstrate the ability to run and track extensive marketing campaigns from scratch
- Moreover, your skills in SEO, both paid and organic advertising, are essential to succeed in this role
- This is not a simple social media marketing or copywriting job.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a robust Organic and Paid growth marketing framework
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust social media presence for the brand
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing against established goals, ROI, and KPIs
- Identify trends and insights from data to optimize spending and campaign performance
- Innovate and brainstorm novel and effective growth strategies
- Strategize, implement, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize the overall user experience
- Utilize your strong analytical abilities to assess the end-to-end customer journey across various channels and touchpoints
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and recommendations for adoption when appropriate
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Handle both paid and organic advertising
- Run and track extensive marketing campaigns from scratch
- Work closely with agencies and other vendor partners
- Setting up marketing automation
Must have skills
- Proven working experience in SEO with a good understanding of Technical SEO/WordPress
- Experience managing SEM and PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Proven track record of Setting up YouTube ads as a SEO
- Proven experience with paid and organic advertising
- Solid grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Familiarity with bid management tools like Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, and Search Ignite
- In-depth knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Demonstrable success in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative, with the ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging digital campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Proficiency in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends
- Familiarity with ad serving tools, like DART and Atlas
- Experience in setting upand optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Significant experience with marketing SaaS and services
- Proven experience in setting up marketing automation
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
