- We were also founded to be 100% remote, and have no plans to require team members to return to a boring, stuffy, office, ever - hence the name Remote+Virtual = Remotual.

The Interview Process
At Remotual, we value transparency. That means we believe you should know what you’re in for when you apply. The process looks like this:

- If you are a good fit, we will respond with a calendar link to set up our first interview. We will do our best to respond to all applications.
- There will be between 2-4 interviews, with durations as follows.
There will be a reference check conducted at the final stage. If this is not ok with you, please do not apply. We will do our best to be as expedient with the interview process as possible, to get you an answer in the shortest amount of time.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating appropriate documentation to support effective requirements definition, including charts, graphs, and logic model diagrams as needed
- Use various databases such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Google, and other related references to discover important information about target businesses and key decision-makers backgrounds
- Conduct research based on the client projects’ strategic goals, requirements, research criteria, and instructions in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for assessing research requirements and utilizing improved tactics for appropriate statistical programming and analysis
- Ensure project data architectural guidelines, principles, and standards are followed in all project milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate and maintain constant communication with the data team as well as the project manager to achieve set goals
- Carry out business analysis, data modelling, and logical and physical database design, and database optimization
- Supervise, plan, coordinate, and conduct research and program evaluation activities
- Work together with the data team on data collection and quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Utilize standard reporting technologies to create, manage, and maintain reports
- Has a good grasp or understanding of automation with data
Must have skills
- Familiarity with data modeling, including regression models
- Ability to manage large data sets
- Can manage complex technical details and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- You have strong attention to detail and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in the English language
- Organization and planning skills: Must be able to set priorities to manage multiple assignments and project deliverables
- Experienced in navigating Excel and Google Sheet using filters, searches, etc
- You can work independently with minimal supervision but at the same time can be a team player
- Available to work during CST hours
