Flexible Work Hours

Job Brief
- As the Sales / Business Development professional, you will lead and execute high-impact sales campaigns targeting key decision-makers to drive our business growth.
- You will manage and optimize sales pipelines using tools like GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless progression from prospecting to closing deals.
- The ideal candidate has over three years of proven sales success with U.S.-based clients, possesses a strong rolodex of decision-makers, and thrives in a high-pressure, commission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact sales campaigns targeting key decision-makers.
- Create, manage, and optimize sales pipelines using tools like GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless progress through all stages.
- Leverage your existing network and build new relationships to secure business opportunities.
- Update and maintain the CRM with precision, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
- Design and manage automated trigger actions and campaigns for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Identify and penetrate untapped markets, driving revenue growth with a laser focus on results
- Provide clear, actionable reports and insights on sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success, with a preference for candidates familiar with selling services to U.S.-based clients.
- A strong rolodex of decision-makers and an ability to leverage relationships for immediate impact.
- Proficient in using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms for campaign management and automation.
- Unrelenting drive and a hunger for success. You take initiative and deliver results without requiring constant supervision.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to persuade and close deals effectively.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, adept at turning prospects into loyal clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- High level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
