Flexible Work Hours
If you don’t have meetings, no one is keeping score on whether you sign-on at 8 am or 10:30 am. Or if you sign off at 3pm or 7pm. There’s an expectation that you will do whatever it takes to get your work done, but there is no expectation of fixed work hours. This isn’t a factory line.

- There will be between 2-4 interviews, with durations as follows.

30 Minutes

Responsibilities
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and varying levels within the organization.
- Ability to think big picture and be solution oriented to proactively anticipate problems and provide solutions for clients
- Be involved in the software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to development, testing, and releasing code
- Lead development efforts of Remotual’s platforms
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Build high-scale systems, libraries, frameworks and create test plans
- Document new features and assist in creating release notes and training materials
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience. Preferably in a similar role
- Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with frontend and backend languages.
- Experience testing, automating, and instrumenting your code
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
